Province first, brand second

A Canadian casino comparison starts with the market you are actually allowed to use.

Ontario is the outlier

Ontario has an open market of AGCO-registered operators. The rest of the country is mostly government-run. Do not carry an Ontario comparison into BC, Alberta or Quebec without checking the local rule.

The four checks

Confirm the provincial operator or register, legal age, CAD payment route and self-exclusion controls. Only after those four should you compare games or a promotion.
